1. Services & Scope

Stealth Watch Security provides licensed private security services in accordance with applicable California laws and regulations, including services described on the Site (for example, armed and unarmed guards, mobile patrols, fire watch, and related offerings). The exact scope, schedule, posts, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a written proposal, service agreement, or work order signed by the parties, which supplements these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Authority

You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that you have the legal authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent when you submit quote requests, contact forms, or service agreements. For commercial, HOA, or institutional clients, the person signing must be authorized to contract on behalf of the entity.

3. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to perform safely and effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate site access, contact information, and operational instructions (including emergency contacts and escalation protocols).
• Maintain a lawful premises and not direct personnel to perform unlawful acts or discriminate against any person.
• Cooperate with reasonable security and safety requirements communicated by our supervisory staff.

4. Quotes, Billing & Payment

Quotes provided through the Site or verbally are estimates unless expressly identified as binding in writing. Rates, minimums, overtime, holidays, equipment fees, and cancellation terms will be stated in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur fees or suspension of services as permitted by contract and law.

5. Intellectual Property & Site Use

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is owned by Stealth Watch Security or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Site in a way that could harm our systems or reputation. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Security services reduce risk but cannot guarantee that no incident, loss, or damage will ever occur. Any performance metrics or case descriptions on the Site are illustrative and not a guarantee of future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stealth Watch Security and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or services, except where prohibited by law. For direct damages tied to services actually performed under a signed agreement, liability will be limited to the amounts paid by the client to Company for those services in the three (3) months preceding the claim, unless a different cap is set forth in writing in that agreement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stealth Watch Security from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of law or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or decline future service for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, creates a safety risk, or conflicts with legal or contractual obligations. Active service agreements may be terminated only as provided in those agreements or applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from the Site or these Terms (except where preempted by a signed service agreement) shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect revisions. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where your signed service agreement expressly controls.
